of the best day ever
As the newlyweds watched their wedding film for the first time, emotions flooded their hearts. Their wedding day, set in a serene outdoor haven with gentle winds whispering through the trees, had passed in a blur. Now, they rediscovered little moments they had forgotten. Tears of joy trickled down their cheeks as they relived their heartfelt vows, the touching speeches, and the warm wishes from their loved ones. They felt as though they were living their wedding day over again as they watched it unfold.
What captivates me about weddings is their magical ability to weave together moments of laughter and tenderness, planned elegance and spontaneous joy. I love walking into a wedding venue to find giggling wedding parties up to classic shenanigans, only to later witness them all with tear-filled eyes as they proudly watch you walk down the aisle. Weddings are a beautiful blend of heartfelt emotions and meticulously crafted experiences, and it's my passion to capture this spectrum - from the ecstatic highs to the serene, intimate moments.
The magic of our films truly lies in a blend of candid and curated audio combined with stunning clips from your day. You'll find raw, organic audio from moments like your first looks and your bouquet toss, and curated audio through mini-interviews we complete with you and your loved ones throughout the day. This blend works together to create a heartfelt, touching film that feels like you.

initial meeting
After you reach out, we will be in touch within 48 hours to chat more about your big day and schedule your consultation.
Through a video call or in-person meeting, we'll discuss your wedding in more detail, and create the perfect package for you.

MAKING IT OFFICIAL
We'll make it official by completing a custom proposal tailored to your day. Then, we'll send over a welcome brochure that will help us gather more information and provide you with helpful tips and tricks for the rest of your planning.

DOUBLE DATE NIGHT
This step is optional, but can be super fun! We would love to get to know you without the added pressure of cameras and mics :)

Woohoo! On your big day, your only jobs are to relax, to marry your person, and to have a blast and make memories. We'll make sure we capture all of it.
delivering your story
The turnaround time is usually between 12-14 weeks for wedding films, with teaser trailers being delivered within four weeks.
We perform standard color and exposure corrections throughout the film, as well as adding a soundtrack that fits your vibe to the overall film.
PREPARING FOR THE BIG DAY
About 1-2 months before your wedding, we'll start gathering all of the big (and little) details we need to ensure your day runs smoothly. We'll also check in with your photographer to go over your timeline. Finally, we'll schedule a meeting to go over any last-minute questions or details.
what happens if something unexpected occurs on my wedding day?
After filming 100+ weddings, I think it's safe to say we've seen just about everything. Whether it's rain, guests stuck in traffic, extreme heat, snow, or a sharknado, we've got your back. We are cool under pressure and think quick on our feet, so you can relax, knowing that rain or shine, we won't miss a thing.
How do you protect my videos before delivery?
- Using dual-slot cameras that record to multiple SD cards
- Retiring older SD cards on a regular basis
- Backing up your videos to multiple locations ASAP after your wedding
- Keeping your original and edited films for at least one year after delivery
Will you travel to Film my wedding?
Absolutely! All of our wedding packages include up to 100 miles of travel from 78232 and 80128 (San Antonio, TX, and Littleton, CO). We offer all-inclusive destination packages for all other locations. But we can chat more specifically during your consultation :)
How many cameras will you be running during the day?
During majority of the day (with the exception of open dancing and the ceremony) we typically run two cameras. During the ceremony, we run two or three depending on the space we have available. During open dancing, we typically run one camera.
how far in advance should we book you?
We typically open our books 12-18 months in advance, so reach out ASAP to ensure we save your date!
